Planning guides

The questions people ask before they book a game truck, answered in full — prices, parking, heat, ages, group size and the games on board. The short answer is on every card.

  1. How much does a game truck party cost in Las Vegas? A two-hour Vegas Gamerz game truck party costs $350 Monday to Thursday or $400 Friday to Sunday in 2026, for up to 28 players at once. Read the guide
  2. How much space does a game truck need to park? A Vegas Gamerz game truck needs about 55 feet of flat, hardened surface — the truck and 32-foot trailer together — usually on the street at the end of your driveway. Read the guide
  3. Can you have a game truck party in the Las Vegas summer heat? Yes. The game trailer is insulated and air conditioned, so a 110-degree July afternoon feels the same inside as a 40-degree January evening. Read the guide
  4. What age is a game truck party for? A Vegas Gamerz game truck party is for ages 7 and up: the equipment and games are geared to that age, and children under 5 are not allowed inside the trailer for safety reasons. Read the guide
  5. How many kids can play at a game truck party? Up to 28 kids can play at once in one Vegas Gamerz trailer — about 20 inside on stadium seating and 8 more at the outdoor stations — and up to 56 if you book both trailers. Read the guide
  6. How do you book a game truck for a school event or fundraiser? Book the date on the online calendar like any customer, then settle by purchase order or check with us afterwards. A weekday school event is $350 for two hours, for second grade and up, with a Game Coach running the line. Read the guide
  7. How do you plan a video game truck party? Book your date online, make sure there is about 55 feet of flat street or driveway, invite guests to arrive 30 minutes to an hour before the start, and feed everyone outside first. The Game Coach handles setup, the games and teardown. Read the guide
  8. What games and consoles are on a game truck? Every Vegas Gamerz trailer carries a PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation VR2, plus a VR racing simulator with a full cockpit — and the whole game library comes to every party. Read the guide
