What actually shows up
The best gaming experience in Vegas, on wheels
Eight 4K screens, cushioned stadium seating, laser lighting, and air conditioning that holds through a 110-degree July. It runs on its own quiet generator and its own Starlink, so nothing plugs into your house and the online games actually work.

Capacity
28 controllers. 28 kids playing.
Most game trucks in the valley cap out around 20, which means a third of the party is watching at any given moment. We seat 20 inside on cushioned stadium benches and run 8 more at the outdoor stations under the awning — up to 28 on controllers at the same time.
Twenty-eight is the ceiling rather than a fixed number: a four-player game puts four on one screen, a head-to-head racer puts two, and a solo title puts one, so the exact count moves with what the group picks. The coach loads for the crowd. And if the guest list swells past 28 anyway — it does — they rotate players so the quiet kid gets as much screen time as the loud one.
And when 28 is genuinely not enough, there are two of them. Both trailers are 32 feet carrying the same equipment, so booking the pair puts 56 players on 16 screens. Book it twice for the same time on the same day — the calendar only offers the slot twice if both trailers are genuinely free.

How the two hours go
You are not running this party
A trained Game Coach runs the whole thing — setup, instruction, rotating players and teardown. The only job left for you is deciding where the cake goes.
-
30 min before
We arrive and set up
The coach parks at the curb, drops the awning and brings all eight stations up. Setup is on our time, not your two hours.
-
Hour one
Everyone gets a controller
Twenty inside on the benches, eight outside under the awning. The coach teaches anyone who needs teaching.
-
Hour two
The coach rotates players
Nobody watches for long. Quiet kids get as much screen time as loud ones — that is the part parents notice.
-
After
We pack down and go
No cleanup, no chairs to fold, no venue to leave tidy. Your driveway looks like it did this morning.
Parents, in their own words
Every one of these is a real booking
We rented Vegas Gamerz for my son’s 10th birthday, and it was an awesome experience! He arrived early, set everything up smoothly, and was super patient and friendly with all the kids. The gaming truck was definitely the highlight of the party.
We had an amazing experience with Vegas Gamers for my son’s 9th birthday party! The team arrived right on time and took care of everything. The video game truck was perfect—everything worked flawlessly, and the kids were thrilled! The staff was fantastic—super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful with the children, even teaching them how to play different games. From booking to the party itself, the whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for any kid’s birthday party!
I had my daughter's 11th birthday at my home with 15 kids and the Vegas Gamerz Party truck was a HIT! The kids absolutely loved it. So many games to play, the atmosphere inside the tuck was very cool, fun and clean, and many (parents included) enjoyed the gaming available on the outside of the truck as well. I heard so many kids say that this was the "best party ever". Vegas Gamerz showed up on time, delivered on all they advertised, and it was a pleasure to have them be a part of the party. Would definitely recommend them!
The whole experience was awesome!! There was something for everyone to do and the party had a blast!! We truly appreciate the quick booking process and how seamless it was to set up the truck. My grandson said that this was the best birthday party he has ever had. Trust me book this gaming truck for your party, corporate team building whatever you need it for you will not regret your experience.
We had a party for 14 10year Olds. The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and games that were being played. They showed up early to ensure the trailer was set up, cooled down and ready for the start of the party.
Game truck came before our scheduled time and was ready to go before the time scheduled which was awesome! Our host was super helpful with the kids and truck was very clean and everything was working the way it should! We loved how there was even games outside of the truck! Would definitely recommend Vegas Gamerz to others and use you all again in the future!
This game truck was amazing! … The truck is much bigger and accommodated WAY more kids. The inside colored lighting was way more vibrate and allowed for amazing pictures inside the truck. I was worried there wouldn’t be enough space but everyone was able to fit on the truck and we had way more kids show up than expected. … Between the music playing from outside the truck, the cool graphics wrapped on the truck and the gaming TVs on the outside I felt like EVERYONE at the party was entertained. Not just the kids on the inside. … All in all 10/10 I would def go with them again.

Split across a party of 28 that is about $13 a kid for two hours, with no venue deposit, no per-head minimum, no driving and nothing to clean up afterwards. A bowling or trampoline party for the same group usually lands higher once you add shoes, pizza and the party room.

Up to 28, yes — twenty inside on cushioned stadium benches across eight 4K screens, and eight more at the outdoor stations under the awning. Twenty-eight is the ceiling rather than a fixed number, because it depends on what the group is playing: a four-player game puts four on one screen, a racing or head-to-head game puts two, and a single-player title puts one. The Game Coach picks games to keep as many hands on controllers as possible, and rotates whoever is waiting. What matters in practice is the comparison — most game trucks in the valley cap out around 20 in total, so a third of their party is watching no matter what gets loaded.
-
We do — two 32-foot trailers, each carrying the same equipment and each seating up to 28 gamers at once. Most parties only ever need one. The second matters in two situations: a crowd bigger than 28 at a time, and a weekend that would otherwise be full, because two rigs mean twice as many slots in a day.
-
Almost certainly. We need roughly 55 feet of flat, hardened space for truck and trailer together, usually on the street at the end of your driveway. Very steep streets are the one thing that stops us — and if yours will not work, we will happily set up at a nearby park, church or lot instead. Worth telling the neighbours we are coming.
-
The trailer is insulated and climate controlled — air conditioned through summer, heated through winter — so 110 and 40 feel the same inside. The only exception is genuinely dangerous weather: storms, lightning, high winds or flooding. If the coach has to cancel before the party starts, you get a free reschedule or a refund.
-
Yes, and you should if it matters to you. The library runs from E to M ratings. Tell the Game Coach before the event starts that you want E-rated only — nothing with shooting, fighting or violence — and that is what gets loaded. It has to be before we start so we know what to leave out.
-
Yes. We carry Starlink onboard, so Fortnite, Apex Legends, Roblox and Fall Guys all run properly. That is not true of every game truck, and it is usually the first thing the teenagers test.
-
Be there. A parent or responsible adult needs to be on site throughout, and guests should finish eating outside before they come in. Everything else — setup, instruction, rotating players, teardown — is the Game Coach’s job.
