Summerlin villages are well laid out for us — generous street widths and level grades in most of the newer sections. The thing to watch is HOA guidance on commercial vehicles parking on the street. Most of the time it is a non-issue for a two-hour event, but if your HOA is strict, let us know and we will plan for a nearby park or the community lot.
Everything else works the way it does anywhere in the valley. We arrive about 30 minutes before your start time, set up at the curb, and a trained Game Coach runs the entire event. Twenty-eight players go at once, so a big guest list is not a problem. Two hours later we pack down and leave.
City or county? It depends on Charleston
Summerlin sits under two governments. Charleston Boulevard is the dividing line: north of it is the City of Las Vegas, south of it is unincorporated Clark County. If you want the party at a public park, the reservation goes through whichever one runs that park — check which side of Charleston it is on before you call.
Everything else about parking — HOAs, steep streets, what to clear — is in how much space a game truck needs.

We rented Vegas Gamerz for my son’s 10th birthday, and it was an awesome experience! He arrived early, set everything up smoothly, and was super patient and friendly with all the kids. The gaming truck was definitely the highlight of the party. Highly recommend for any celebration, great service and a fun time for everyone!
We had a party for 14 10year Olds. The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and games that were being played. They showed up early to ensure the trailer was set up, cooled down and ready for the start of the party.
Game truck came before our scheduled time and was ready to go before the time scheduled which was awesome! Our host was super helpful with the kids and truck was very clean and everything was working the way it should! We loved how there was even games outside of the truck! Would definitely recommend Vegas Gamerz to others and use you all again in the future!

It depends which side of Charleston Boulevard the park is on. North of Charleston is the City of Las Vegas; south of it is unincorporated Clark County. Reserve through that government’s parks department, and ask where a 55-foot truck and trailer can park.

Yes, as long as the owner agrees and there is about 55 feet of flat paved space. Get permission first, then tell us the location when you book.

Roughly 55 feet, flat and on a hardened surface. We normally park on the street at the end of your driveway, and we may need to block the driveway itself. Tell us if you have a preferred spot. The Game Coach makes the final call — if they are not completely confident the trailer can be manoeuvred somewhere without damaging property or hurting anyone, they will not do it.
