How much does a game truck party cost in Las Vegas?

Short answer

A two-hour Vegas Gamerz game truck party costs $350 Monday to Thursday or $400 Friday to Sunday in 2026, for up to 28 players at once.

That price covers the 32-foot trailer, a trained Game Coach, setup and teardown, and travel anywhere within 25 miles of North Las Vegas. Extra hours are $125 each, and there is no per-child charge — 28 guests cost the same as 8.

Key takeaways

  • $350 on weekdays and $400 on weekends, for two hours.
  • No per-child pricing: with a full trailer that is about $12.50 a player on a weekday and $14 at a weekend.
  • Extra hours are $125 each, added when you book.
  • Travel is free within 25 miles of North Las Vegas; past that, a distance fee starting at $25.
  • Both trailers together — 56 players at once — are $700 on weekdays and $800 at weekends.

What the price includes

There is one price per booking, and it is the whole party. Nothing below is an add-on:

  • A 32-foot, climate-controlled game trailer parked at your address — eight 4K stations inside and out, with cushioned stadium seating for about twenty.
  • PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation VR2, plus a VR racing simulator with a full cockpit, wheel and pedals.
  • The whole game library, every time — you are not choosing from a shortlist.
  • A trained Game Coach for the full booking, who sets up, teaches, rotates players and packs down.
  • Setup and teardown on our time. We arrive about 30 minutes early, so none of it comes out of your two hours.
  • Starlink internet for the online games and an onboard generator, so nothing plugs into your house.

What changes the price

Four things move the number, and you see all of them before you pay:

  • The day. Monday to Thursday is $350; Friday to Sunday is $400.
  • The length. The standard event is two hours. Each extra hour is $125, so a three-hour party is $475 on a weekday or $525 at a weekend. Teen and graduation parties often go to three hours.
  • The distance. Travel is free within 25 miles of North Las Vegas, which covers most of the valley. Past that, a fee based on actual driving distance applies — see the table below.
  • A second trailer. It is a second booking at the same rate, so both trailers for two hours are $700 on a weekday or $800 at a weekend.

Worked examples

Three typical bookings, priced from the table above:

  • A Saturday birthday in the valley, two hours: $400. No travel fee inside 25 miles.
  • A Friday graduation party, three hours: $400 + $125 = $525.
  • A Tuesday school event with both trailers, two hours: 2 × $350 = $700, for up to 56 students playing at once.

What it works out to per guest

Because the price is per booking rather than per child, the cost per guest falls as the guest list grows — up to 28 playing at once in one trailer.

GuestsWeekday ($350)Weekend ($400)
10$35.00 each$40.00 each
15$23.33 each$26.67 each
20$17.50 each$20.00 each
28$12.50 each$14.29 each

Booking both trailers keeps the same cost per player at twice the size: 56 players for $700 is still $12.50 each on a weekday.

When and how you pay

You book on the online calendar. Once we accept the booking you get a confirmation email with a payment link, and payment in full is what holds the date. A valid credit or debit card is required.

Schools, churches and non-profits book online the same way and settle by purchase order or check with us afterwards.

If you cancel, there is no refund, but we make every effort to reschedule you. If we have to cancel because of extreme weather or a mechanical problem on our side, you get a refund. The full terms are on the policies page.

Questions

  • No separate deposit. Payment in full is due once we accept your booking, through the payment link in your confirmation email, and that payment is what holds the date.

  • No. The price is per booking. Twenty-eight players cost the same as eight, so a bigger guest list only lowers the cost per guest.

  • Three hours is $475 Monday to Thursday or $525 Friday to Sunday: the two-hour price plus one extra hour at $125.

  • Not within 25 miles of North Las Vegas, which covers most of the valley. Past that, a fee based on actual driving distance applies, from $25 for 26–30 miles up to $350 for 111–125 miles. You see it before you pay.

  • Tips are welcome but never expected, and nobody will ask. They are not included in the price.
