We work Henderson constantly — Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, Seven Hills, MacDonald Ranch. The newer developments south of the 215 have the wide, flat streets we like, so parking is rarely a problem. Older Green Valley cul-de-sacs can be tighter; tell us your cross streets when you book and we will tell you straight away whether we can get the rig in.
Everything else works the way it does anywhere in the valley. We arrive about 30 minutes before your start time, set up at the curb, and a trained Game Coach runs the entire event. Twenty-eight players go at once, so a big guest list is not a problem. Two hours later we pack down and leave.
Throwing it at a Henderson park?
Henderson’s parks are booked through the City of Henderson’s Parks and Recreation department, and the city only lets people who hold a park reservation bring outside vendors into park areas. Reserve the picnic area first, tell the reservation office a 55-foot truck and trailer is coming, then book us for the same time.

I had my daughter's 11th birthday at my home with 15 kids and the Vegas Gamerz Party truck was a HIT! The kids absolutely loved it. So many games to play, the atmosphere inside the tuck was very cool, fun and clean, and many (parents included) enjoyed the gaming available on the outside of the truck as well. I heard so many kids say that this was the "best party ever". Vegas Gamerz showed up on time, delivered on all they advertised, and it was a pleasure to have them be a part of the party. Would definitely recommend them!
The whole experience was awesome!! There was something for everyone to do and the party had a blast!! We truly appreciate the quick booking process and how seamless it was to set up the truck. Yes, with a park reservation. The City of Henderson only allows outside vendors in park areas for people who have reserved the space through Parks and Recreation. Book the picnic area first, ask where a 55-foot truck and trailer can park, then book the trailer for the same time.

Check your association’s rules. Many Henderson neighborhoods — Anthem, Green Valley Ranch, Inspirada, Cadence — are master-planned communities with HOAs, and rules on commercial vehicles parked on the street vary between them. For a two-hour event it is rarely an issue; if yours says no, a park reservation is the fallback.

Usually. We need about 55 feet of flat, hardened space, normally on the street at the end of your driveway. Some older cul-de-sacs are tight, so give us your cross streets when you book and we will tell you before you pay.

The Game Coach makes the final call — if they are not completely confident the trailer can be manoeuvred somewhere without damaging property or hurting anyone, they will not do it.
