Booking us in Moapa Valley
Moapa Valley families usually have to drive an hour into Las Vegas for anything like this. That is the whole point of a mobile game trailer: you do not. Moapa Valley sits in our 41–60 mile band, so a $125 travel fee applies — added to the event price and shown before you pay, never after.
Everything else works the way it does anywhere in the valley. We arrive about 30 minutes before your start time, set up at the curb, and a trained Game Coach runs the entire event. Twenty-eight players go at once, so a big guest list is not a problem. Two hours later we pack down and leave.
Planning around the valley’s calendar
Overton, Logandale and Moapa are unincorporated Clark County — there is no city government — so public parks here are Clark County’s. The Clark County Fair and Rodeo takes over the Logandale fairgrounds for five days every April; if your party lands that week, book early.
Everything else about parking — HOAs, steep streets, what to clear — is in how much space a game truck needs.

Thank you Vegas Gamerz for entertaining our guest! Everyone had a great time and staff was amazing to our kiddos! We will defiantly recommend this business to family and friends! Truck was clean games were awesome and staff was great! Thank you for making our experience with gaming fun!
We had an amazing experience with Vegas Gamers for my son’s 9th birthday party! The team arrived right on time and took care of everything. The video game truck was perfect—everything worked flawlessly, and the kids were thrilled! The staff was fantastic—super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful with the children, even teaching them how to play different games. From booking to the party itself, the whole process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for any kid’s birthday party!
I had my daughter's 11th birthday at my home with 15 kids and the Vegas Gamerz Party truck was a HIT! The kids absolutely loved it. So many games to play, the atmosphere inside the tuck was very cool, fun and clean, and many (parents included) enjoyed the gaming available on the outside of the truck as well. I heard so many kids say that this was the "best party ever". Vegas Gamerz showed up on time, delivered on all they advertised, and it was a pleasure to have them be a part of the party. Would definitely recommend them!

$125. Moapa Valley sits in our 41–60 mile band from North Las Vegas. It is added to the event price, and you see it before you pay.
-
Usually not. We need about 55 feet of flat, hardened ground for the truck and trailer, and loose gravel or dirt can give under a loaded trailer. On many rural properties the paved road out front is the better spot — tell us what you have when you book and we will tell you before you pay.
-
Roughly 55 feet, flat and on a hardened surface. We normally park on the street at the end of your driveway, and we may need to block the driveway itself. Tell us if you have a preferred spot. The Game Coach makes the final call — if they are not completely confident the trailer can be manoeuvred somewhere without damaging property or hurting anyone, they will not do it.
